A man in his 50s, who was being questioned over the murder of Derry man Andrew Allen five years ago, has been released without charge.
He was arrested in Donegal on Saturday night and taken to Letterkenny Garda station for questioning.
The father of two was shot dead at his home in Buncrana, in February 2012.
Republican Action Against Drugs (RAAD) later claimed responsibility for his murder.
Mr Allen’s family have always denied claims he was a drug dealer.
A number of people have previously been arrested in connection with Mr Allen’s murder but nobody has been charged.
