The North West Aluminium Group require a Trade Counter Sales Representative.
As a Trade Counter Sales Representative your main responsibilities will involve:
• Dealing with clients face-to-face at the Trade-counter.
• Identifying the most appropriate product lines and opportunities for the Trade counter.
• Identifying potential new accounts and sales leads.
• Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing orders and changes to delivery dates or stock availability issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications preferred;
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a sales culture.
• Commercial acumen.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• PC Skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be dynamic.
• Critical thinking when dealing with customer enquiries and issues.
• Time management and planning skills.
Requirements
2+ years’ Trade counter/sales experience with sound knowledge of Roofing.
Previous sales experience with the ability to make commercial decisions.
Excellent customer service experience with a strong phone presence.
Experience of building relationships with customers.
