Declan McIntyre has been appointed as the temporary manager of Sligo Rovers, the club has confirmed.
Sligo this afternoon parted ways with Dave Robertson on what they said was ‘an amicable basis’.
Former Finn Harps goalkeeper McIntyre, a Donegal town man living in Letterkenny, was Robertson’s assistant manager and has taken temporary charge of first team duties.
“The club will now begin the search for a new manager,” Sligo said in a statement.
