Kilmacrennan man Richard Kerr took the first Hel Performance Motostar pole of the season at the British Superbikes Championships!

The Donegal teenager flew through the last lap ahead of competitors Tom Booth-Amos and Taz Taylor yesterday.

There was drizzling rain, making the course precarious for the competitors.

Although Taylor was in the lead at the beginning, Kerr ultimately took the first place during the final lap.
