Job Overview
To co-ordinate the activities of all staff to deliver quality products and service to the restaurant customers.
Requirements
Ø Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ø Direct the activities of the restaurant staff, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant at all times.
Ø Responsible for the leadership and management of 15-20 staff members.
Ø Confident and competent in the training and development of restaurant staff members.
Ø Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level.
Ø Professionally meet the demands of customers in a fast pace environment.
Ø Responsible for all operational aspects involved in the management of the bar and restaurant.
Ø Attention to detail and a passion for perfection.
Ø Working hours may vary from early to late, therefore position requires flexibility.
Ø Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage outlet operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects and service techniques.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role required.
