One young Donegal student celebrated Pi Day this week with an incredible recitation.
Jonathan Mullins, a first year pupil at Coláiste Chineál Eoghain in Buncrana, recounted pi to 119 decimal places!
Pi Day is a worldwide celebration of a very important number in the maths world. It is marked on March 14th each year, as 3.14 is the approximate beginning of the number.
There is said to be more than 22 trillion digits found after the decimal point, and experts are still discovering more.
