Finn Harps manager Ollie Horgan fears that it could take ‘weeks’ for new signing Pascal Millien to be cleared to play for his side.

Harps announced the surprise capture of the former Sligo Rovers midfielder on Saturday.
Millien played with Sligo in 2012 and 2013, winning a League and FAI Cup while at The Showgrounds.
After a period playing in the North American Soccer League, the Haiti international has agreed to join Harps.
However, Horgan has revealed that Harps fans may have to wait to see Millien in action.
“We’re waiting on a work permit for Pascal,” Horgan said.
“I would image that we’re talking weeks, certainly. We expect it to be a number of weeks, at least, before we have Pascal in the squad.
“When he played with Sligo, it took a fair length of time. It will come through, there is no trouble that way, but it’s just a matter of when it’ll happen.”
Most recently, Millien has been playing for Florida State club Fort Lauderdale Strikers and Horgan is pleased to have landed his man.
He said: “We have been speaking with Pascal over the last couple of months. It has only happened in the last week that he has decided to come to us.
“Pascal needs himself to get things sorted before he can come over and get involved.
“Everything is in place. Hopefully he’ll be up to speed to some degree when he comes in.”
