The ‘house full’ signs are up again at Maginn Park in Buncrana as Derry City get set to face League of Ireland champions Dundalk tonight.
The Candystripes’ first game at Maginn – which they are using for the 2017 season as their Brandywell home is upgraded – ended prematurely after floodlight failure on Friday-week last.
Last week, a new generator was installed at the venue, which is set for another bumper 1,574 crowd tonight.
Derry have shown good form since the start of the season and Ryan McBride’s goal gave them a fine 1-0 win away to Shamrock Rovers on Friday night.
Kenny Shiels, the Derry manager, is missing Rory Patterson, Conor McDermott and Lukas Schubert for tonight’s clash, but he expects Ronan Curtis and Aaron McEneff to be fit.
