This stunning video of Donegal during rush hour was captured by photographer David Perry of Aerial Stock Ireland.
Although in a city-setting rush hour is usually associated with traffic jams and frustration, David captures the exquisite beauty of Donegal waking up; the sun peeking out from the edge of the horizon as people make their way to work via ribbon-like winding roads.
Locations featured include Gweedore, Burtonport, and Mount Errigal.
The picturesque bád Eddie which rests on the shore of Bunbeg, the sublime heights of Mount Errigal, and the stunning commute people make to Arranmore are captured by David.
David says; “I have lived in Ireland for 13 years now but this scenery and landscape continues to take my breath away. I captured this footage of people going to school and work on the islands. Living only two hours from here I am longing to return…and will!”
