Last Sunday morning our young U-12 hurlers had their first outing of 2017 when they travelled to Creggan in Derry for an indoor blitz. The Gaels played Dungloe, Gaoth Dobhair, Strabane and Omagh. The lads are alreadylooking forward to the next blitz this weekend.
There will be a hurling parents meeting on Monday 13th in the clubroom at 7.30pm. This will be an opportunity for you the parents to meet the coaches and to discuss what you want from us as well as to be informed about the year ahead.Refreshments provided on the night. Indoor Hurling continues every Thursday from 6.30 to 7.30pm in the Aura. The training will continue until 13th March. New members welcome. Hurls and helmets can be provided.
Under 8 and Under 10’s indoor football training resumes for 2017 on Sunday 19th Feb in the Aura from 11am – 12noon. There will be 6 weeks of indoor “skills development” before moving to the pitch at the beginning of April.
