Job Vacancy: Due to continued expansion, one of the leading Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical Services companies in the North West are seeking to recruit an additional staff member to join their dynamic and hardworking team.
Duties will primarily be to assist in the areas of estimating, material procurement, project management etc.
Candidates should ideally have:
∙ Excellent communication skills
∙ Experience in the mechanical engineering / construction industry.
∙ Experience in the preparation of tender submissions.
∙ Experience in the area of construction admin.
∙ Good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel etc
∙ Ability to work effectively as part of our team
∙ Good knowledge of On-site Health & Safety
∙ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / Autodesk would be an advantage but not essential
∙ Position is full time
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
∙ Preparation of cost estimates
∙ Preparation of tender and pricing documents
∙ Provision of procurement advice
∙ Cost monitoring / cost control on small to medium sized projects
∙ Visiting sites and attending meetings
