Body of a woman found washed up off coast at Bundoran

The body of a woman has been recovered off the coast of Bundoran.

The body of the woman, believed to be in her 60s, was taken from the beach at Roughey.

The woman’s body was found by a man who was out walking on the coastline at around 8am this morning.

Gardai say that foul play is not suspected.

The woman’s identity has not been released but it is not believed she is from the locality.
