The Highlands Hotel is a family run hotel in the heart of Glenties which enjoys a busy bar and restaurant trade.
Management are seeking to expand their kitchen team and are currently looking to recruit a head chef. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard working chef.
Responsibilities include:
- To cook and present dishes in all food areas as per menus
- To assist in creating new menus and dishes when required
- To comply with HACCP
- Monitoring and control maintenance and sanitation of kitchen area
- Assist in the planning of menus
The ideal candidate should:
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen.
- Have excellent communication skills

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience.
Professional qualifications essential
