JOBS: Orbit Security are seeking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their professional, progressive and customer service orientated security company.
The successful candidate will provide a customer-focused front desk Reception service in their Letterkenny office.
The applicant must be:
- Professional, friendly and an organised individual with excellent telephone manner & interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a reception/customer service/administration.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Individual with excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Highly motivated and a team player.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent customer services skills and be customer focused.
- Answering calls and directing them to the appropriate persons.
- Management of client booking/records/online system
- Emailing and report writing.
- Providing administrative support.
- Offer extensive diary management for busy and changing schedules of senior staff members
- Build a good rapport with both internal and external parties alike
- Assist with any additional duties
