When their washing machine packed in at Christmas, Deirdre and Gary Dunnion thought it was going to be an expensive start to the New Year.
But the young couple weren’t counting on a stroke of luck coming Gary’s way.
So when Gary shared and like our competition for a €300 voucher with Irwin Expert Electrical/Bosch , he thought he stood as much chance as everyone else.
He did and when his name came out, Gary knew his luck was in.
Deirdre, a primary school teacher, was delighted to be presented with her prize by Declan Irwin earlier this week.
The only questions remains now is – who is going to do the first wash?
