The National Council for the Blind of Ireland (NCBI) has opened a charity shop in Donegal Town.
This is the first NCBI shop in Co Donegal.
The shop brings with it employment and volunteering opportunities.
There are 2,006 people in Donegal who are blind or visually impaired and this shop will help to generate funds to continue to provision of NCBI’s services.
The shop is located in Donegal Town, Diamond Carpark beside Lillie’s flower shop in the Aldi complex.
The new NCBI charity shop is seeking donations of unwanted clothing and other items and volunteers are also needed in the shop.
The shop is managed by Willamena Lynch.
