Coláiste Ailigh overcame a strong Bundoran team to win todays Senior Schools Gaelic final by a scoreline of 1-12 to 0-9.
With three minutes to go the teams were level until Michéal Mac Suibhne scored the all important goal for the Letterkenny school.
Points then followed from Jeaic Mac Ceallabhuí, Niall Ó hAnnagáin and team Captain Brian Mac atSaoir to leave Coláiste Ailigh with six points to spare at the end.
The game was played on an excellent St Mary’s Park, Convoy and was well refereed by Robbie O’Donnell.
