The 1st XI from the Royal and Prior in Raphoe won through to the prestigious McCullough Cup final today.

A 3-1 home win over Wallace High School shot the Raphoe students into next Wednesday’s final, where they’ll meet Banbridge at Lisnagarvey.

Ben Wallace netted twice today, either end of a strike by Luke Witherow.

Goals by Wallace and Witherow had Raphoe 2-0 up at half-time.

Jacob Herman reduced the deficit but Wallace’s second goal ensured that Raphoe got past his namesakes!
