A charge of alleged assault against a Letterkenny business owner has been adjourned until December 19th next.
Gus O’Driscoll, aged 50, of Wet and Wild, of Ballyraine Retail Park, is charged with assault at his premises on December 15th last.
Mr O’Driscoll’s solicitor Ciaran MacLoclainn told today’s sitting of Letterkenny District Court that he had received CCTV footage but he had not had an opportunity to view it.
He asked for the case against Mr O’Driscoll to be adjourned until December 19th.
The request was granted by Judge Paul Kelly.
