The trolley crisis at Letterkenny University Hospital will be discussed in special Dáil debate today.
The issue will be raised by Deputy Charlie McConalogue and will concentrate on the acute overcrowding situation at hospital.
A total of 45 patients were waiting on trolleys yesterday (Wednesday) and the maximum capacity protocol has been in place for the last week.
The issue will be heard during Topical Issues, which is due to begin at 5pm.
