A fishing vessel issued a distress call this morning off Fanad Head after is began taking in water.
Both the Rescue 118 helicopter from Sligo and the Lough Swilly lifeboat responded to the distress call at 12.24am.
A pump was lowered into the vessel which managed to get rid of the water before the boat was towed to shore at Ballyhooriskey Pier.
Malin Head Coastguard alerted the rescue services.
All three members of the fishing vessel were injured during the operation.
