On Sunday our minor ladies got their Ulster championship underway with a trip to the Fermanagh champions Kinawley. The conditions were cold but the girls soon got into their rhythm and rattled up a couple of quick goals in the first five minutes. The girls continued to dominated the first half and went in at the half time break having built up a sizeable lead. The second half went the same way as the first and the ladies continued to play some excellent football and the defence stood strong when the questions were asked. At the final whistle the long trip was worth it as the girls made it safely and comfortably through to the Ulster semi final. The Ulster semi final will be against the Down champions Bredagh on November 27th in Bredagh with venue and time to be confirmed. Well done to all players and management.
