Pictures of the Ryan family posing for Ireland’s Fittest Family have been published for the first time.
And dad Danny, as well as sons Keane, Jordan and daughter Alanna, are looking mean and ready for action.
The Ryans are the first Donegal family to feature on the hit RTE show.
They make their debut at 6.30pm on November 6th next.
