Letterkenny Gaels Club Notes
The senior lads finished off their season with a defeat to Naomh Ultan on Sunday at Pairc na nGael.
This weekend the U-21 lads are fixed to play neighbors Naomh Colmcille in the semi final of the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure U-21 B Football Championship. See club Facebook for day and throw in details.
The curtain came down on our successful production of ‘Its The Real Mc Coy’ on Sunday night last. Well done to James Frain, Paddy O Connor, and the cast and crew for eight wonderful nights of craic and laughter. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who helped out with the hosting of the show especially the bakers who provided the home baking, Conor Crossan who had the mammoth task of organising ticket distribution, Letterkenny Rugby Club for the use of their club room and all the patrons who attended. This was a massive effort by many dedicated club members and shows the true community spirit of Letterkenny Gaels GAA.
We’re looking forward to the next production Paddy!!
Well done to Aoibhinn Ní Muireadhaigh who graduated from the GAA Dermot Early Foundation Certificate in Youth Leadership with NUIG. Aoibhinn represented Letterkenny Gaels as a club member and is the first of our club to do so. Comhghairdeas Aoibhinn.
Sympathy is extended to Barry and all the McEleney and Kelly families on the passing of Donal.
