Management at McGettigan’s Hotel, Letterkenny (formerly Gallaghers Hotel) currently have a vacancy for an experienced full-time Receptionist to join their workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
- Duties to include taking bookings.
- Dealing with guest queries.
- Front of house duties, answering the telephone and general reception duties.
Job Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience in Front of House/Reservations.
- Knowledge of reservation system, hot soft would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service.
