All County League
The Reserves recorded a good victory over Termon at the Burn Road on Saturday evening last in very wet conditions.
The final score was St. Michael’s 2-17 Termon 2-7. The St. Michael’s team and scorers were: Dean Fleming, Denis Trearty, Patrick McFadden, Chris Carr, Brendan Devine, Ruairi Friel 0-3, Dara McCarry, C. Kelly 0-1, Paul Baird, Daniel Doak, Odhrán McFadden 2-3, Stephen Coyle 0-7, Shane Langan 0-3. Subs: Thomas O’Donnell for Brendan Devine, Hugh O’Donnell for Chris Carr and Jamie Hunter for Paul Baird.
National Club Draw
St. Michael’s Club officials will be selling the annual National Draw tickets door to door in the Dunfanaghy and Creeslough areas over the next few weeks. All support would be greatly appreciated for this important fundraising event for the club. Tickets are priced at €10 and included in this is a local, County and National Draw.
St. Michael’s Mini Lotto
There was no Jackpot winner in the St. Michael’s Mini Lotto on Sunday night last. The numbers drawn were 5,12,13,14,18,20. The Match 5 winner was Edward Brennan C/o Francis Brennan Creeslough. This weeks Jackpot be €2100.
The Club would like to thank Brian and Margaret Anne Dolan, Molly’s Bar Dunfanaghy, Seamus Sweeney Kildarragh Construction Philadelphia, Shaun Langan Creeslough Pallets and Michael McColgan Dunfanaghy for their continuing sponsorship of the lotto jackpot, it is very much appreciated.
Tickets are on sale in local businesses in Dunfanaghy and Creeslough and at the Bingo Session in Massinass Community Centre Creeslough on Sunday evenings, tickets for the St. Michaels Mini Lotto can now also be purchased on line anywhere at at onlinelotto on facebook .
St. Michael’s Bingo Session
The €100 on the 5th Game at the Bingo Session in Dunfanaghy on Sunday night last was won by Sarah Ann Ferry Murroe Dunfanaghy the €100 on the 10th Game was won by Bridget Sweeney Magheramena.
Every house New Car if you check on 45 Numbers or less with the Lucky number in the Panel and also called in the first five numbers of that game.
The Magic Number from 1 to 90 is drawn out every Sunday night before the bingo begins. In addition every House winner will receive a free entry to the weekly lotto, this weeks Jackpot is €2100. The single book is €8, Double, Double Book €12, Sheet €2. Bingo continues every Sunday evening at 8pm in the Massinass Community Centre.

Pitch Gates
All Managers and everyone else who uses the Club Naomh Micheál Pitch at The Bridge in are asked to please close the Gate as they leave.
SOS for Photographs! Nicola is currently gathering photographs for the clubhouse. If anyone has ANY team photographs from winning senior, reserve, u21 or any underage teams in league/championship/Gaeltacht she would really appreciate if you let her know. All hard copies of the photos will be returned to you safely once we make a copy of them or likewise photos can be emailed to secretary.stmichaels.donegal@gaa.ie Please spread the word as the team photos required date back to 1967!! All help with this little project would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure is now stocking St Michaels club gear in children and adult sizes.
Initials can be embroidered on tops if requested in the shop.
St. Michael’s Minor Board
Scór Na nÓg
The first round of the competition will take place in Glenfin on Saturday 12th November. Any member of St Michaels who wishes to take part in this years Scor na nÓg is asked to come to the Club House in Dunfanaghy on Thursday 20th October between 7-9pm.
Categories include: Solo Singing, Ballad group, Recitation, Instrumental group Quiz team.
Please have rehearsed a piece to perform on the night. All competitors must be under 17 on 1st January. For more information contact St Michaels.
This is a great way to get involved in the club and we encourage as many as possible to come along!
Clothes Bank A clothes bank is now situated on High St, Creeslough ie around the corner from McNultys Bar in aid of St. Michael’s Minor Board. If anyone is clearing out presses etc. all donations of clothes, shoes, bags, curtains etc would be much appreciated.
U8s Training continues as normal this Thursday October 11th from 6-7 pm at Bridge, bus leaving Creeslough 5.45pm.€3 for bus please.
