The club held its grand prize draw last Friday evening in the Gweebarra bar in which the proceeds will go towards the development of our new pitch.
A fantastic effort the club would like to thank everybody who bought tickets and who contributed in any way to make this fundraiser the success it was.
Particularly the ticket sellers who gave up their time night after night traveling the county in aid of the club Janet Melly, Mary McDyre, Fiona Hanlon, Geraldine Boyle, Margaret Melly, Catherine Bonner, Michelle Boyle, Patricia Gillespie, Tina Caulfield, Geraldine Caulfield, Louise Melly. To Conal Melly and Catherine Bonner who coordinated the draw and their team and to all our sponsors who generously donated the prizes. Well done to our U13s team who qualified for the division 2 final after a very impressive win against Naomh Columba in the semi final last Saturday afternoon.

Championship medals were also won last weekend as former senior players Ryan and Shane McCready were on the victorious Round Towers team that won the senior reserve championship in London. Well done lads from all at the club.
