Pioneering UK integrated medicine specialist, Dr Nyjon Eccles, is to deliver an open lecture on promoting good nutrition, health and wellbeing in Letterkenny next week.
Dr Eccles, founder of ‘The Natural Doctor’ clinic in London is renowned for his expertise in evidence-based complementary medicine, particularly in non-invasive cancer prevention and breast health.
The leading integrated medicine practitioner also specialises in nutritional medicine, natural anti-ageing treatments, natural menopause treatment, natural bio hormone replacement and natural cardiac health.
His lecture ‘Changing the game in Breast cancer risk’ in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny on Wednesday, October 19 is the latest in a series of talks “to help people to alter their disease risks”. He has lectured regularly on a range of topics including ‘Natural Cancer Support’, ‘Breast Health and Nutrition’, ‘Prostate Health and Nutrition’, ‘Clinical Thermography’, ‘Food as Medicine’ and ‘Natural Anti-Ageing’.
At his clinic in London’s Harley Street, Dr Eccles is pioneering the UK use of breast Thermograms for early non-invasive detection of breast cancer.
Dr Eccles has developed the state-of- the-art computer-assisted Breast Thermography system, called ThermOcheck, to aid in early breast cancer detection. He has achieved promising results in changing breast health risk with the use of this early detection advantage.
Dr Eccles set up ‘The Natural Doctor’ clinic in 1998 to specialise in breast health and cancer support work and has amassed a reputation in the UK and further afield as a leading integrated medicine physician who is pro-active in health education, preventative medicine and health empowerment.
From his Harley Street base he also creates bespoke nutritional programmes for private patients suffering from conditions such as hormonal imbalance, adrenal fatigue, diabetes and others.
Dr Eccles has been acknowledged in ‘Who’s Who’ in the World, since 2010 and in ‘Who’s Who’ in Medicine and Healthcare, 2011-2012 for outstanding contributions to medicine.
