The club competitions convenor started with a double bogey at Hall Door [1st] but retrieved that with a birdie at 7th [The Isle] for an outward nine of 23pts but two double bogeys on back nine had him lose out on top spot. In third place was 2016 Minor League team captain Bobby Mullally [17] whose birdie at 18th [Stockade] was enough to relegate Denis O’ Donnell [28] to fourth place by virtue of B.O.T. on 38pts.
