Brilliant Operation Transformation returns to Letterkenny Community Centre

Health and Fitness programme ‘Operation Transformation’ has been an incredible success since it first appeared on our TV screens back in 20008 – but now you can become involved in it yourself!

Operation Transformation returns to Letterkenny Community Centre this weekend with a bumper six-week programme specifically designed to achieve your weight loss goals.

Letterkenny Community Centre have run the programme over the last number of years, and it has been a resounding success since its inception at the fitness facility.

There expecting this year, to be their biggest and best to date, and are encouraging anybody interested in shedding a few pounds, or seeking to adopt a healthier lifestyle to become involved in Operation Transformation.

The programme will run from October 17th – November 25th, and the cost is just €90.

However, if you’re already a Letterkenny Community Centre member then the programme will only cost you €35.

A spokesman from Letterkenny Community Centre told Donegal Daily, “The Operation Transformation programme has been a great success for us, and we’re expecting number to be very high this year again.

“It’s a rigorous six week programme, but it’s hugely beneficial and rewarding for those who participate in it.

“Participants are given a full health screening, a cardio fitness test, body fat analysis, healthy eating plans and nutritional information, and they also receive access to our fully stocked gym.

“There are a vast range of weekly classes to avail of from circuits, to cardio body pump, bums and tums, zumba and core conditioning – so there really is something for everybody.

Register now and embark on the ideal programme to ensure you achieve your health goals, that are not only manageable but also sustainable.
