WEATHER ALERT: A status Yellow wind warning has been issued for Donegal as conditions are set to deteriorate over the next 24 hours.
Donegal is expected to be battered by strong winds, which will sweep across the county tomorrow morning.
Met Éireann issued the status Yellow warning for Donegal in the last few hours.
It has also issued warnings to Galway, Sligo, Leitrim, Mayo, Clare and Kerry.
Met Éireann forecasters said, “Wind warning for Donegal, with southerly winds later veering southwesterly, will increase 55 to 65 km/h on Friday.
“It will gust 90 to 100 km/h at times, winds will be strongest on exposed parts of the northwest coast.”
