Inishowen have won a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence following Buncrana Tourist Office’s immaculate record of excellent reviews from tourists.
Buncrana Tourist Office have gained a five star rating on the popular review site, Tripadvisor.
A tourist from Newry said; The gentleman I spoke to dropped what he was doing when I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the area and laid out a travel plan for me showing the best places for me to visit during my 2 day stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent customer service.
Another reviewer said; “Can’t say enough about the excellence of service provided by Sally and Heidi. Stopped by for some basic information and left feeling like family! Amazing wealth of local knowledge and if they don’t have the answer at the ready they will find it in short order.
“Doesn’t matter if you need directions, destination recommendations or tips as to where to get a haircut! Even if you feel you’ve got it all down, just stop by to say hello! This was the true experience of real Irish hospitality! 10 stars if I could!”
