Planning permission granted for €2.2 million Educate Together School in Letterkenny

Planning permission has been granted for a new Educate Together national school in Kiltoy, Letterkenny.

The school is thought to cost €2.2 million, and will include 3 stories and 24 new classrooms.

There will also be ample car parking space, ball courts, secure soft play areas, and a junior play area.

Educate Together schools are equality-based and child-centred. Their motto is “Learn Together to Live Together – No Child an Outsider”.

The opening of the new school will mean that Educate Togther can expand their pupil numbers, and will also mean more jobs for teachers, SNAs, and other school staff.
