An area of the public car park in Dungloe has been cordoned off following an overnight incident.
Gardai have confirmed that they are investigating an incident that occurred at around 4am where it is believed a man (late 20s) fell from the cab of a truck.
A search of the immediate area is also underway.
The man was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital. His condition is unknown.
