Seventeen club members from Letterkenny Triathlon Club made the relatively short trek to Ballyshannon for the popular sprint triathlon.
They acquitted themselves well with a lot of prizes coming back through the Gap.
Fergus Callaghan was fifth winning his category closely followed by Peter O’Donnell and John Conaghan in sixth and seventh respectively. Siobhan Gallagher was ninth and best woman overall.
Times overall were impressive even considering the 23k cycle route!
Letterkenny Triathlon Club have been very busy lately, competing in 5K runs, getting involved in cycling events, and organising a Duathlon before Aidan Callaghan’s departure to Kona.
