MAN HELD AS GARDAÍ AND CUSTOMS SEIZE 3,000 TABLETS IN BALLYSHANNON

drugsA MAN is being quizzed by gardaí in Ballyshannon after more than 3,000 diazepam tablets were seized in a joint operation with Customs today.

The suspect, in his 20s, was arrested at a house in the Finner area.

It’s understood the drugs have a street value of around €5,000.

The raid followed a planned operation between Revenue & Customs officers and local gardaí.
