Management at Champions Travel LTD are seeking to recruit a Dispatch Administrator to join their innovative, dynamic and hardworking team.
Champions Travel LTD recently secured a lucrative deal with Liverpool FC, which will see them join only two other companies worldwide in being an ‘Official Match Break Supplier’ of the world famous club.

Champions Travel Ltd specialise in Sporting Events and Concert tickets, they are an Official Ticket Agent of all the leading teams from the Premier League and European football leagues.
Job Description:
- The role will involve distribution of football, concert and event tickets.
- Managing stock control, updating fixtures / prices and uploading new events.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- The essence of the role will be ensuring the efficiency of the dispatch area and guaranteeing all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Updating and maintaining in-house database.
- Other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Six months probationary period with a view to permanency
Skills and Requirements:
- The successful candidate should be methodical, have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Should demonstrate the ability to understand client ‘s specific requests and provide necessary solutions.
- Must be self-motivated, ambitious and enjoy working in a busy environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Full driving licence required.
