Whether you prefer to call it frozen rosé, rosé slushies or the frosé, it’s a cinch to prepare and is summer in a glass.
Ingredients
1 bottle of rosé wine
Juice of 2 lemons
2 teaspoons of sugar
Mint to garnish
Method
Add lemon juice, sugar and wine into a blender
Blend until smooth
Freeze for 6 hours (The alcohol will prevent the mixture from becoming solid ice)
Serve with mint to garnish
