Both Termon GAA Boys and Girls footballers will represent Donegal at the John West-sponsored Féile 2016 which takes place in the South West of Ireland this Friday 24th to Sunday 26th of June.
Both Termon teams qualified by winning the Donegal U13 competitions last year.
The club says the support of the Termon GAA Minor Board sponsors, Mairtin & Angela Kelly, Kelly’s Centra Mountain Top, Letterkenny has been so much appreciated and the fit between a local sporting community like Termon GAA and a local business like Kelly’s Centra who so openly supports the vision for our club has been a perfect match.
Speaking on behalf of Termon GAA, James Cassidy said: “Our launch tonight and the turn out of parents, coaches, managers and players is a testament to how much we as a club appreciate the ongoing sponsorship and support that Mairtin & Angela Kelly have given to our young players.
“These boys and girls will travel to Cork, Limerick & hopefully to the final in Kerry this weekend to take part in the most prestigious tournament in Europe, The 2016 Féile Peile na nÓg.
“They will travel to represent their home club and their county fully kitted out in gear sponsored by Kelly’s Centra. We hope to do Mairtin, Angela and our club proud this weekend.”
Mairtin Kelly, owner of Kelly’s Centra said at the launch: “I would like to thank everyone for turning out here tonight in such great numbers and to see these Under 14 Boys and Girls wearing their new kit with pride.
“We are delighted and proud to be associated with a community organisation like Termon GAA, we are proud to be able to provide sponsorship to the Termon GAA.
“We are delighted to have partnered with their club and as a growing local business our partnership has already linked with our brand.
“Termon GAA Club is a dedicated club that shares our company ethos and we are both committed to the players, supporters and the extended family community that surrounds this great club. Myself and Angela and our team would like to wish the Under 14 boys & girls every success this coming weekend and hope that they do themselves proud, to make history for their club is a memory and experience they will never forget and we are proud to be part of it.”
