5K takes place on Tuesday next
The club’s annual 5k takes place on Tuesday next at 7.30pm on what is a fast course. There will be pre-registration on the Monday night before between 6.30pm and 8pm and on the evening of the race from 6-7pm. Adult entry is €8 and children are just €2. All proceeds raised will go to the development of underage sport at the club. As well as showers, main sponsor Michael Murphy is providing goodie bags for finishers while the famous Glenswilly refreshments will also be available after the race. It promises to be a great evening of healthy fun and all we need now is a bit of sunshine to look down on The Glen for a few hours next Tuesday. See you all there. Get out and support your local club and the next generation of young sport stars.
