The first ever “Ulster Bank, Buy or Build Home Expo” is to take place in Co Donegal this Saturday.
This Expo, which takes place at Letterkenny’s Mount Errigal Hotel, will showcase a range of local businesses and bring together vendors offering superior information and services for potential and existing property owners looking to buy, build, extend, renovate or simply enhance the appearance of their existing home.
The event is strategically designed and marketed to attract consumers, existing or potential home owners, home movers, property Investors or Home Renovators.
Buying, building, extending, renovating or investing in property is one of the most exciting things you can ever do, but like all major events, it can often seem overwhelming. Don’t worry though, we at Ulster Bank will tell you what to expect every step of the way.
The event will begin with a formal launch at 11:00am. The timetable of events for the day will see a number of guest speakers deliver presentations, such as Donegal County Council Planning Division, Solicitors, Architects and Estate Agents to name but a few.
They will discuss various matters to consider when buying or building a property providing comprehensive Information as well as addressing questions from the audience.
We will also have a number of qualified Mortgage Advisors delivering the Step by Step Mortgage Guide and Presentations on all you need to know about First Time Buyer Mortgages, Self Build Mortgages, Home Mover and Trading Up Mortgages, Investment Mortgages, Further Advance and Remortgaging.
We will also have a presentation and analysis on the Local Property Market and everything you need to know about enhancing your family home. After all, “Helping Each Other, is help for what matters”.
The exciting event is free and will see in excess of 40 local exhibitors showcasing their products and services.
