A FLIGHT from Donegal Airport to Glasgow has been diverted – to avoid any interference with scenes being filmed by Star Wars crews at Malin Head today.
The flightpath graph shows an Aer Lingus flight from Carrickfin to Glasgow taking a more southerly route than normal.
Most Aer Lingus flights take a more northerly route, but as you can see from the flightpath photo the plane flies more to the south before correcting its position.
