Banana Strawberry Mocktail
Ingredients
4 Bananas
8 tbsp Strawberry crush
2 cups fresh cream
2 cups crushed ice
4 sliced Strawberry pieces
Method: Mix some banana slices, strawberry shake, cream and crushed ice in a glass, and blend properly. Put the mixture in the serving glass and serve it with strawberry slices.
Coconut Sparkler
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Innocent apple & elderflower juice
1/2 cup Innocent coconut water
1/2 cup sparkling water
4 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice
Pour the juice, coconut water and sparkling water into a jug and stir.
Add crushed ice to a Champagne glass and pour the mocktail over.
Garnish with mint leaves or lime.
The Pina-nolada
Ingredients:
Instructions:1 small carton coconut water
1 cup ice
1 can light coconut milk
1 large pineapple diced
1 banana
For a classic presentation, salt the edge of your glasses by running a lime wedge around the rim and rolling in salt.

Serving glass: Margarita
Ingredients:
11/2 cups fresh pink grapefruit juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 cups ice
1/4 cup lemon syrup or lime syrup
2 grapefruit wedges for garnish
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into glasses and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Ginger Pom Fizz
Makes two drinks
Serving glass: Highball
Ingredients:
2 cups crushed ice
4 oz. 100 percent pomegranate juice
1 12-ounce bottle ginger beer (or ginger ale)
Dash of bitter lemon
Lime wedges
Divide the ice and pomegranate juice equally between two glasses. Top with ginger beer, a dash of bitters, and a lime-wedge garnish.
