Enjoy a cuppa and help raise funds for charity on Alzheimer’s Tea Day on Thursday.
Tea Day is a national day of celebration and fundraising that honours people affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia. It is also the biggest annual Fundraiser for the charity.
Last year, €400,000 was raised by people from around the country.
The Alzheimer Society of Ireland relies heavily on public support, so whether you host a Tea Day at home, in your work place or at school, every penny counts!
Money raised goes directly to much-needed local services, like Day Care Centres, support groups, overnight respite and home care. There’s never been a better reason to put the kettle on.
This year, the official Alzheimer’s Tea Day is tomorrow, Thursday, May 5th. But you can hold yours on any day that suits you in May – the important thing is to raise as much money as possible to help keep vital services running.
