Congratulations to Kathy Ward and Shane Moy who win the Junior Strictly Dancing competition in Jacksons on Saturday night last. There was a great turn out for this very entertaining night with all eleven couples really doing themselves proud. Minor boys are away to either Milford or Urris in the Division 3 semi-final this week. Time & Date TBC.
Ladies: Training: Wednesday, U14 Girls at 7pm to 8pm. Minor Training 8pm to 9pm. U14 girls are playing Aodh Rua Ballyshannon in Glenfin on Tuesday next the 26th at 7pm. Our senior ladies had no game this weekend but now their focus is on next weekend when they face Termon in the County Gaeltacht final. Time and date TBC
Our 3rd team game V Glenties was cancelled on Saturday last it is now fixed for Glenfin next Wednesday at 7.pm. Our seniors and reserves played Four Masters at home on Sunday and unfortunately both team lost. The reserves lost on a score line of Glenfin 1.07 Four Masters 1.10. Glenfin scorers were Ross McDermott 05, Paul Bonner 1:0, Hugh Foy 01, Shane Moy 01. The seniors lost on a score of Glenfin 1:10 to 4:12. Glenfin scorers were Paddy O Connor 1:06, Michael McGlynn, Kevin, McGlynn, Jason Morrow and Daniel McGlynn 01 each.
Schools handball training will take a break now until September.
In conjunction with hosting the County Gaeltacht, Naomh Conaill are having a Ceili, Sets and two- hand dances in the Community centre on Friday 29th April from 9pm-12. Music by Ceili Time. Fear an Ti Clement Gallagher. Admission €10 supper served.
