It’s easy to forget to give some TLC to your feet.
Feet are probably the most neglected area of the body and we tend to grab a foot cream just before we slip on our lovely new summer sandals.
Hibernating in boots all winter under layers of socks or pounding the roads in trainers, it really is time to tackle those scabby hobbit heels, dry skin, hard nails and, yes, even that stray hairy toe.
For at home foot pampering, begin by resting feet in warm water for ten minutes. This will gently soften the skin before you begin gently filing away any calluses and hardened skin.
Do this while skin is damp with a sturdy foot file or pumice stone for best effect.
