Moville GAA News:
A massive congratulations to the minor boys who have beaten Malin tonight 3-08 to 2-07 to reach the Inishowen league minor final. The lads will now go on to play Muff in that final with a time and venue to be confirmed. It is sure to be a final not to be missed.
On Friday night the u16 lads got their first win of the season when they also beat Malin at home on a scoreline of 3-08 to 4-02. A great effort and performance by each of the lads.
On Saturday the club was represented by two boys teams and a girls team for U8 blitz held in Carndonagh. The club also had three mixed teams for u10s blitz held in Malin. All teams played against Carn, Malin, Urris and Buncrana. The weather was beautiful and all the kids really enjoyed themselves. A massive thanks to all coaches and parents who put in a great deal of time and effort with these age groups.
The senior men’s game was postponed due to the unplayable state of Pettigoes pitch.
On Sunday the senior ladies got their season up and running with a great win against Termon. Moville led by two points at half time after a solid first half performance Termon came back strong in the second half but credit to Moville they worked really hard to come out with a score line of 3-3 to 1-04. Scorers Ciara Harkin 1-0, Sinead Mc Guinness 1-0, Mellissa Mc Dermott 1-0, Kathy Mc Laughlin 0-2, Marie Kelly 0-1.
The u-16 lads are out again this Friday evening with an away trip to Urris bus times will be confirmed later in the week.
The u14 lads game against Steelstown that was postponed last Sunday will now be played at home this Friday night and throw in time will be confirmed later in the week.
The usual Saturday morning underage training will be on at the usual times for the various age groups.
Our senior men have another free weekend this weekend and our senior ladies have their first home league game against Buncranna on Sunday morning at 11am. Please come along and show your support for the ladies.

Congratulations to our club members on the ladies county senior team who had a great win over Cavan in Donegal Town Sunday past to complete the league undefeated. The ladies will now play Cavan again in the league semi final with a time and venue to be confirmed.
