Management at Arnold’s Hotel, which is located in the beautiful seaside town of Dunfanaghy are looking to recruit new staff.
The town is one of the busiest in Donegal, with a regular influx of tourists frequenting the town all during the year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified chefs to work in a busy kitchen
- The successful applicant will need to have previous experience working in a busy kitchen.
- Experience in setting Menus and food pricing.
- Working to a budget.
- Stock Control.
- A working knowledge of the HACCP system
- Attention to detail is a must as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
- We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
