POWER OUT IN MOUNTCHARLES AS STORM HITS

ESB Networks crews are working to restore power to homes in Mountcharles this morning

The company says 72 homes are without power – and they hope to restore supply before lunchtime.

ESB says winds are set to increase this afternoon and more cuts can be expected.
