McLaughlin has been shortlisted for the award alongside other notable stars like Katie Taylor, Nina Carberry and Stephanie Roche.
McLaughlin was quite simply sensational throughout Termon’s incredible fairy-tale journey to All-Ireland success.
This was evidenced by McLaughlin scoring a remarkable 3-8 of Termon’s total of 3-12 in their All-Ireland win a fortnight ago.
She’s firmly established herself as one of the most talented Sportswoman in Ireland.
She’s already been described as without doubt the best Ladies GAA player in Ireland.
